Great interview! I have had the privilege of working with Simon and ExecuSearch for years to recruit talent at all levels in the Pharma/Biotech industry. Simon is definitely the BEST in the business! His knowledge, relationships and hands-on approach is what sets him apart from the rest. I would highly recommend him to any company that is serious about building a diverse workforce.
