Allocates responsibilities and/or packages of work, including supervisory responsibilities; delegates responsibilities as appropriate and provides support / guidance to the team Guides the staffing, talent identification, performance management and associate development processes for their function. Proactively works to ensure effective working relationships within the team and with those whom the team interacts; partners with key stakeholders to achieve results. Aligns objectives of function with company strategy; ensures goals and priorities are established for the entire functional area and cascaded to all associates. Collaborate with strategic partners to develop and implement prioritization criteria in support of the most valuable portfolio work. Works across functions to ensure collaboration for shared goals and influences improvements of complex business and IT processes to enhance company performance.
