I’d put my money on example 1 It is likely to convert, as it creates FOMO and delivers value. FOMO - Will make your customers understand the value they might miss if they miss the opportunity. SALE-SY - Will push your property too much that clients lose interest in it Always, → Focus more on value and less on the price The goal is to build trust and provide a positive experience for the customer, rather than just making a quick sale. Long trust-worthy sales > Quick short-lived sales
