🌟 One question I get a lot is: how do you choose your shows? 🌟 As with most projects, there's no one single way a theatre production is born. But for me, everything starts with the text. If the text excites me in some way, it goes onto my Dream List. It might not happen immediately, but it’s there, waiting for the right moment. But a great text alone isn't enough. We need the Golden Triangle: a stellar script, a director whose vision aligns perfectly with the piece, and a suitable venue. Without these three elements, a production simply can't happen. And, of course, there's always the financial puzzle - a fantastic play with a large cast might have to wait due to budget constraints. Smaller works with fewer actors are often less risky and easier to produce. So, I’m curious - what piece of drama would YOU like to see produced? Drop your suggestions below.
