#OSMS24 is finally here! 📅 Maarten Dalmijn 📖's talk was so inspiring. He went far beyond the basic info you find on the #Scrum guide. 📑 So many creative ways to use the #Review meeting to bring even more value to the stakeholders and get real feedback about your product. For those who say #Agile is dead, I have news: it is a Fenix! 🔥 As you all saw yesterday, I am a big fan of quizzes 😆 and this talk was super interactive, with many questions for the audience to find the right answer, movie references, enlightening metaphores... It felt like a fun game! 🎳 Now, the next step for me is buying his book to continue improving my skillset. It has been in my TBR list for a while, but I wanted to check his talk before getting to it and I am a 💯% convinced now that he has a lot to teach, and has a good didatic approach as well, which I find very important in a mentor, from the neuropsychological perspective. An expert that can share his experience in a way that even newbies can understand is worth their weight in gold! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I'm actually glad I bought the premium pass to be able to rewatch it later taking notes about the valuable content on the slides. Don't get me wrong, I love a freebie ✨, but I am hungry for knowledge. 💎Thanks Agile Pro Center for this amazing opportunity. 🤔 Social Media Quandary No. 563 - How do you refresh content for something that's static, like a set of events? Promoting a set of events to drive pipeline is not easy. Especially when those event dates or agendas don't typically change. So how do you keep that content looking fresh? We came up with a great idea to do weekly images of our participation in Snowflake's Data 4 Breakfast tour, by highlighting the cities that were hosting events that week as standalone images. (And if you have budget, you can boost these posts for the geo's that you want to target). Copywriting can be repetitive for these, but watch me try to make all kinds of breakfast and morning references in the coming weeks. It's all about keeping it fun and light and to treat each post as if a customer is experiencing your brand for the very first time!
