2025 stands to be another exiting year for our customers, our partners and us and one which I am both optimistic and eager for. Our priorities for 2025 are centred around 5 topics: 1) Unmatched Customer Experience – Advancing solutions that continue to delight our customers and ensure that we continue to connect their world. 2) Radical Scale – Scaling our platforms and services across our footprint 3) Unbreakable Network – Working with our partners in the countries to improve the robustness and stability of our platforms & networks 4) Unlocked Foundation – Exploring and supporting new ways to enhance and improve the commercialization of our networks 5) Best Tech Team – Creating ways for our people to continue developing the skills needed to ensure we remain a future-proof organisation In addition to what Matthias Schiffer stated in an earlier post we are also advancing a series of key initiatives: - Harmonisation of our platforms to better scale our products and solutions - Making Open Radio Access Networks (ORAN) a reality across our footprint - Drive down energy consumption in all our technology domains - Leverage better data and enhanced AI technology to increase efficiency, productivity and customer experience - Maturing and scaling the work we are doing on the common operating model in Europe For our people, we are focusing on: - Continuing the development of future skills - Increasing diversity within our organisation - Developing and implementing succession planning and greater talent utilisation - Ensuring we acquire the right skills within the organisation and at the right cost To improve our ability to succeed in the delivery on these strategic objectives, we are focusing on enhancing and improving our collaboration within TDI and between us Group Technology and our NatCo partners. Being a Product Manager is no easy thing, especially when things are out of your control. 👀 *Not another user story, I promise We all know that being a Product Manager is about being everywhere, but also about being focused, about understanding the details, but also about piecing the bigger picture. However, what nobody prepares you for is when it's about letting go. I think I am still learning that one as I go. You need to trust the team and let the expert stakeholders call the shots (within reason) for their processes, you need to trust and support the BAs and the devs to find the best solutions after you lay out the issues, and you need to trust your commercial team that they are going to accurately and proudly represent the product that you saw going from 0 to 1. For example, in two weeks, at Greenbook's IIEX Amsterdam, Tasneem & Dan will be presenting our case study on protein bars and new trends in functional food, in collaboration with Jade & Joy. It's the first time we'll publicly talk about Product Hub by MMR Research, so my emotions are running high, but I am sure they will be great. Not an easy thing that - letting go, but that's how we achieve autonomy and mastery in our teams, and there is no better feeling than that. I guess I'll have to just take a deep breaths and enjoy the ride 🚀

It was great to put faces to names, connect with so many visionary minds and share insights into the future of tech. ✨ Here's a recap of our key takeaways from our conversations with prospective customers: 🔹 Innovation is thriving: Multimodal highlighted the rapid pace of innovation within the industry.
