One way to show compassion and appreciation to your team genuinely is to take the time to acknowledge their hard work and dedication. them know that their efforts are noticed and valued, and express gratitude for their contributions. Additionally, find ways to support and empower them, whether it's through providing resources, creating opportunities for growth, or simply being there to listen and offer guidance. Creating a positive work environment where team members feel and supported can go a long way in boosting morale and productivity. When employees feel valued and respected, they are more likely to be motivated and engaged in their work. This can lead better collaboration, increased job satisfaction, and ultimately, results for the team as a whole. By fostering a culture of compassion and appreciation, you can create a happy work environment that encourages good results. Take the time to show your team that you care about their well-being and success, and watch as their enthusiasm and dedication to their work grows. In the end, a happy and appreciated team is a successful team. happiest birthday to Bangani

I know an individual who persisted in being reckless and arrogant until experiencing isolation after facing their first setback in life. These are organizations that fail to effectively and transparently manage their teams, neglecting to share successes with them. In managing my team, I implement a strategy of offering unlimited potential for salary growth. An individual starts with a fixed salary but can increase it along with bonuses based on the value of the ideas they contribute. Furthermore, if someone presents a comprehensive business idea that leads to revenue growth, I ensure they receive a continuous percentage of the revenues, always with the agreement of stakeholders. It is important to helping them in their personal lives and sharing their joys and sorrows.

Some of the feel-good incidents in an entrepreneur's life: 👉 Talking to a stranger and finding out that they are your customers. A bonus is when they praise your team. (The same applies when they are following your social media handles.) This happened to me at a public exhibition. 👉 Looking at the company's group photo and realizing you have built a team from scratch. 👉 One of your employees getting married while working in your company. 👉 When your employees buy new bikes or upgrade to premium phones. 👉 One of your employees getting a dream job that they always wanted. I realized this when a staff member in the packing department got selected for the Indian Navy. Seeing him in uniform now makes me super happy. 👉 Reading an emotionally positive review from customers. 👉 An invitation to your alma mater by your professors. Comment with yours below.👇

People are not robots. So we should stop expecting people to work like them. Emotions are part of the human experience and it is important that we have empathy for those around us. As the younger generations enter or progress through the workforce it becomes increasingly clear that money is not the primary motivator (though obviously still important). People want to feel valued for who they are as well as what they contribute. Compassion and empathy are two of the strongest ways that we bond as humans. Creating a strong team requires both in spades & it starts at the top. Have you tried empathy lately?

There is no glory in weakness, no passion in apathy. There is no life to be lived in mediocrity. -Fortis-Animus Fortis-Corpore - Infirma Velox Mori-
Developing a team starts from the top. You can't expect your team to drive towards a goal if there is no vision. Vision is created from the top and then explained to the group. If we have a vision, a mountain we are all collectively climbing we can all get behind the goals associated with the climb. Just like telling your child "because I said so" won't produce much action. (In fact it only produces doubt and discontent) You can't expect your team to do things "just because you said so". 💥 You have to have a reason behind the goals. 💥 If this sounds silly or inconsequential, look at the largest companies in the world, great start ups, phenomenal authors... They all have a vision behind their work. Then they create goals associated with that vision. Then and only then do they have employees completely bought in to the process. They understand how their daily action is associated with the overall vision. If great companies have to create a vision first, do you think you are the exception to the rule? Vision + Goals = Progress -Stay consistent my friends

What drives your team? It's more than just their paychecks or end-of-year bonuses. It's about their day-to-day work experience and how they feel when they walk through the door. Here’s how to inspire your team: 1. Empower Them ↳Give them genuine responsibilities. ↳Letting them take charge of projects is essential. 2. Celebrate Every Effort ↳Did you see someone putting in extra hours? ↳Acknowledge it. Appreciation goes a long way. 3. Amplify Their Voice ↳Solicit their ideas and actively listen. ↳Create meetings that are truly collaborative. 4. Align Their Ambitions ↳Understand their career aspirations. ↳Match them with team goals for a better fit. 5. Lead by Example ↳Demonstrate the behaviors you value. ↳Be the kind of leader you'd want to follow. Show your team that their contributions and ideas are valued. Treat each day as an opportunity to inspire and be inspired. P.S. What motivates you? Share your thoughts in the comments.

~A day of Building Socioनामा Building a team in a place like Raigarh, Chhattisgarh? Let’s just say it’s a bit like assembling IKEA furniture without the manual, mostly challenging, surprising, and occasionally upside down! 😅 Recently, I connected with a few folks over work, and what seemed like a regular project felt like a crash course on 'How Things Actually Work (& Should Work)' From discovering the best ways to communicate with a small but mighty team to learning how to adapt on the fly, every step feels like leveling up! Sure, the talent pool here isn’t huge, but the insights are massive! Every new connection teaches me something different, even if it’s just which Coffee stop has the best ideas brewing. Loving the grind, the growth, and all the quirky little moments in between. 💼💡 - A newbie Founder of a Marketing Agency

There is value in recognizing the contributions of team members. . . . It goes such a long way when individuals are recognized for the contributions that they make towards the accomplishment of a collective goal. Yesterday I witnessed what a simple gesture of appreciation can do as I presented small tokens to my colleagues who make up the department I so humbly serve in. Recognizing that every member of a team is different, and thus brings a different quality to the team is a great start. Then acknowledging that difference, and appreciating its contribution to the effectiveness of the team should follow. Their gratitude for a simple but personalized token that speaks of the individual quality that is contributed to the team could not surpass my own satisfaction as I wore the widest smile; a reflection of theirs combined. The value lay not in the token itself but rather the gesture, and the word engraved thereon; a word that described that important quality each brings to the team. I understood the significance of it. To them, it meant I see them; the contribution they make is valuable.
