A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of facilitating a workshop for site directors of the Boston Center for Youth and Families department at the City of Boston. It was really cool sharing and talking about how to turn strategic planning into strategic action and how budgeting is a vital skill in the process. Also really cool? My friend and collaborator Mikel Wisler was kind enough to record it and take some pictures! I love the idea of being strategic and thinking about possibilities, but I'm also passionate about truly executing that vision so that it doesn't stay just a dream, but becomes a reality.
