The folks who are really killing it on LinkedIn aren’t just looking for likes. They’re using it to kickstart a relationship. They grab attention and then guide people to the next step.
If you're not seeing a return on your efforts, it's because you’re not giving people a clear next step. Just getting eyeballs isn’t enough.
