🌟 Why I Chose a Career in Luxury Hotel Sales (and not Medicine, Dentistry or Law) 🌟 Since I can remember, my family had grand visions of me donning a white coat or arguing cases in a courtroom, and with my straight A's at A Level, they were convinced I was destined to become a dentist, doctor, or lawyer (and for those of you that think I’m young, at least my A Levels were still letters, not numbers😂). Anyway, here’s a secret: I cry at the sight of seeing someone just slightly hurt, and my idea of a good argument is convincing someone to upgrade to an exclusive use event from a DDR! 🏨✨ Here’s why I took a detour from the family expectations and chose the glamorous world of luxury hotel sales: Passion for the Finer Things in Life ✨ Whilst my family was dreaming of dental drills and stethoscopes, I was dreaming of five-star service and Egyptian cotton sheets. Luxury hotels are my happy place. The grand décor, gourmet dining, and impeccable service make my heart sing.🎶 Proactive Sales Strategy 💼 My degree in Events and Marketing taught me the thrill of the chase. I love identifying potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions that blow them away. Whether it's a corporate retreat or a dream wedding, turning inquiries into bookings is my kind of adrenaline rush. Plus, it’s much more fun than reading medical journals! (IMO anyway😅!) Creating Memorable Experiences 🎉 There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a client's face light up when their vision comes to life.
