I am sorry for saying this but, I really dislike/hate extortionists of money, impersonators, & war/financial criminals. You see drugs trades are crimes too but, they have their markets but, financial criminals seem to be tolerated from the onsets until it becomes extreme tools from petit thief to corruptions & to cybercrimes leading to (National & International) disruptions(Social, Trades/Economics, Political). {Threats [bad actors(crimes) Vs Risks [Compromised officers(required Solutions /Training, awareness, Cyber Security detective tools & a Communication Punishments Reforms).
