Every year, I sit and do this reflection activity. I often feel we did not do enough, and then, I start crunching numbers, and it wows me. This year, we made a lot of stuff-- custom training, videos and reosurces, podclasses, content for social media, internal training and documentation. But stuff aside, we built a strong team, one where we feel connected as humans and are invested in continually learning as a way of working. That's the culture we've created. And we learned some big lessons: the biggest-- don't fix it if it ain't broken. Clients loved our needs analysis services, and they found great value in understanding their L&D current landscape and future potential. 🥳 So we're bringing back needs analysis services in 2024! And continuing to educate others about the value of scalable social learning, of course. What are you working on this year?

One of the most challenging and enjoyable project of my life.

Reflections for the week: 1) Look at things from a different perspective. 2) Train our mind to see the good in everything. 3) We are not alone. There are lots of good people out there providing much needed Oasis of hope and help amidst the struggles we go through. 4) Be confident that you are awesome. 5) There are just so much to be thankful for. Stay classy always 😎.
