Ready to see the magic of teamwork in action? 🚀💼 This week, I had several impactful meetings with my team, including Marcus Fritsche, Julia Holze, and Christian Schellenberger. When you have a team that syncs like a well-oiled machine, magic happens. These sessions reminded me that collaboration isn't just about sharing tasks—it's about sharing goals, aspirations, victories and much more. Reflecting on our meeting: it's these high-energy, collaborative moments that fuel innovation and drive results. There's no substitute for collective effort and the ingenuity it sparks. Special thanks to Dr. Alexander Acker for his willingness to support us as an early user with his advice and expertise. There's nothing better than getting real feedback from professionals! Cheers to constant improvement and learning from the best! Another special thanks to Professor Sebastian Schlesinger for the incredibly motivating and inspiring conversation at Zollpackhof Berlin. After a hard day's work, there’s nothing quite like enjoying a cold drink in the beer garden with amazing people like him and my team. Cheers to good times and great company! 😉 Let's keep pushing boundaries together and make great things happen. How has your team inspired you lately? #Teamwork #Collaboration #Innovation #Gratitude #ProfessionalFeedback #ContinuousImprovement #TeamSpirit

A culture of honesty fosters disagreements and respective solutions. Often, in the pursuit of a harmonious work environment, we forget that disagreements are the catalysts for trust. And trust is the basis for growth, innovation, stronger connections and collaboration among colleagues. Here's why embracing disagreements has been a game-changer for our team at t’charta:

Bringing Teams Together and Turning Challenges into Opportunities 🚀 Recently, we had the pleasure of helping HARIBO UK to integrate three newly formed departments into a cohesive, high-performing team. Their goal? To align team purpose and identity, build trust and get to know each other better—all while having some serious fun 🎯 This is their fourth visit to us, and again, they reached out with a clear focus on team building, vision, and collaboration. So, how do we achieve the above while remaining engaging, memorable and effective? 🔍 Understanding the Needs After an initial call, we quickly identified key focus areas—keeping the team alert in the morning, re-energising after lunch, and aligning activities with the company’s values. We knew we needed to blend strategy with creativity. 🛠️ Designing the Perfect Day We proposed a schedule that combined focused discussions with interactive activities: - Minigame Mayhem to get the day started with a jolt of energy. - Internal Presentations to align vision and purpose. - Cryptic Chase to boost problem-solving skills and collaboration. - Soap Box Racing as the grand finale, challenging teams to build, sell, and race their creations. 🤝 Customising the Approach We proposed mixing the three departments into five teams to foster collaboration and allow everyone to connect with colleagues across the business. With the team-building aligned directly with their key values, the activities became more than just fun—they were strategic, too. By understanding their needs and goals, we created a tailored solution that brought their team together and set them up for success. Kids and grown-ups love it so, it’s the happy world of... free sweets for our instructors 🍬

We were driving down somewhere with a few of our colleagues recently and they asked me and Arnav Sahni about culture and what we knew we wanted / didn’t want at sploot. Here’s what we said: 1. Candour: No hiding bad / weak performance behind euphemisms, or ignoring the problem till it burst in our faces. We’d much rather address it head on, no matter the conflict. 2. Outcome Orientation: Effort put in is baseline. Outcomes decide whether we succeeded or not. 3. Have Fun: As far as possible, make work fun. It’ll make up for the boring tasks that also need to be done. Last monthly review (after a few hours of going over each team’s targets, hits, and misses), we turned our cafeteria into a makeshift karaoke bar to let out steam. We achieved some goals. Some goals we are still trying to achieve. We’ll get there! 💪

In our ever-changing world, our need for meaning and purpose remains constant. As our Partner, Nina Pozderec from Switch to Eleven, pointed out at one of our events, people need a sense of belonging and contribution. And meaningful work can provide that. Based on Quantifly's analyses, interesting, important, and inspiring work is one of the most important motivational factors. That's why it's important that everyone in your team sees how they are contributing to the company's success and to achieving its vision. ➡️ See how Nina from Switch to Eleven helped AutoBrief's employees reflect on the qualities they bring to the team and how they help achieve the company's vision: https://lnkd.in/eMzRuNZN

Team is everything. Strategy is delivered by people. Wonderful panel discussion at #savantecom Copenhagen with candid and valuable input from the panelists 💪 Jesper shared how his organisation creates clear paths for growth and career advancement. Notes taken! 📝 Sean gave his perspective on choosing to handle end-to-end recruitment personally, taking deep responsibility for getting the right people on the bus. Thomas gave us a window into the complicated task of equipping a multi-100-person distributed team with the responsibility and freedom to deliver the experience of a lifetime to customers. Being reminded how very different every organisation is, and how team structures and processes changes along with strategic priorities is energising stuff.

kartenmacherei meets Rosemood ❤️ How we become one celebrate company team! What I learned about international team integration last week: Nothing can beat meeting people in person! Although we have been working together remotely, physically being with my colleagues was the main reason why I feel like the workshop has been a success! The little moments at the coffee machine were just as valuable as working together in the workshop. In the heart of our workshop, we dove deep into team dynamics, tackling the “5 Dysfunctions of a Team” head-on. It wasn’t just a discussion; it was a journey towards building the trust we need as a foundation to become a highly effective team. For each of us, it was a chance to share our quirks, set personal boundaries, and honestly discuss what truly gets under our skin. It was a genuine and refreshing exercise that not only strengthened our bonds but set the stage for more openness and understanding within the team. Bringing folks together from five different corners of the globe, our team is a great mix of cultures, sparking creativity and new ideas. Even though we grew up with different cultural norms one of the things we could all agree on was that we want and value feedback from each other. We were and will continue talking openly about how each of us works, whether it’s personal style or cultural vibes. Turns out, our differences make us stronger. Creating a feedback process together builds connection. Everyone gave and received feedback differently in their previous teams, and we aligned to come up with a common feedback approach. It was the first common action we developed as a team, and it made the process more inclusive and productive. This gave us a chance to really dive into how we each work and what we expect of the others to make working together an enjoyable experience. Now I know all my team members strengths, competencies and what I can learn from them. This makes it easier in the future to be more productive as a team. I am really looking forward to working with all of you Philipp Sporrer, Guillaume Deramecourt, Robert Barth, Omar Abdulbaki Alsharbaji, Pascal Gomolka, Eloïse Bogard
