2023 has been the best year for Saleshandy in every aspect.   (All thanks to strategic planning and an incredible team.)   Here's a snapshot of our 2023 milestones:   Overall revenue grew by 220%. → 36,000 new users tried the product. → Onboarded 2424 new customers (many of them are big accounts). → Our team grew from 41 to 70 people. (Our backbone) → Launched 10 new crucial features (value drivers)   In case you're wondering...   Yes, these numbers are as impressive as they sound. No, it wasn't easy, but yes, it was incredibly rewarding. I absolutely love the fact that the event took a broader perspective of CS, with the likes of Rav Dhaliwal speaking from the eyes of an investor. I know for a fact that many leaders appreciated his candour.. I wonder how many 'folding chairs' will grace the board rooms 😂.. It's hard not to recognise what an awesome voice Dave Jackson is in #customersuccess 🙏🏼. If you attended the event then I recommend reading his book too. You'll see what I mean!. But what determines success for your customers? TTV should be TTW: Time to WOW! ⭐ What metrics matter to the board, the CFO, CEO, Investors!? Learn to speak multiple languages! - 'Measure what matters' and know your departments impact.. COMMIT TO AND OWN THE NUMBER. ⭐ Become REVENUE ENABLERS. Learn how your company sells and get attached to deals early-on. ⭐ Leverage tech but stay human. #AI is here to stay. Will it replace elements of the role, YES! Will it free up more time to deliver human-to-human CS, YES! Oh man! There's so much more to say, but #recruitment calls. I know I've no-doubt missed some amazing people in the tags!
