It's beginning to look like Christmas 🌲☃️ Some persons think it's only when certain chemicals are added to someone's meal that could result in food poisoning. That's just an aspect of it. Other forms could through biological and/or physical contamination. We're in a season of merriment and fun. Speaking on Today95.1fm this morning. I discussed extensively on food poisoning during yuletide. I'll share a few tips that will help you minimize risk of food-borne illnesses this season: 📌 Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing and eating food 🍜 If the food served isn't piping hot, rethink! 🍗 Eat thoroughly cooked meat (innermost layer should be brown in colour not red) 🍍🥕 Wash your fruits and veggies, endeavour to eat them everyday.
