You would be amazed at how creative your skill is when you connect passion to the work you do. Your skills only make more sense when, you don't just know how to do it, but how to creatively navigate that route doing it in various ways. Creativity is fully achieved only when you enjoy doing what you do. Big question is " Do you love what you do, if yes how creative is what you do and have you used that skill in various ways/forms to solve different challenges and mitigate anticipated risks"? only when you tick off these check boxes successfully, will you beg to say that you truly love what you do.
ROP (Return on Potential) is my favorite acronym although I’m an MD, PhD, MBA, CFA & a bunch of other acronyms people think matters. 4x’ing ROP @ Harvard, MIT, & Stanford & Founder/CEO of a multibillion dollar VC firm.
