PROGRESS UPDATE — Cornerstone Bank's Main Office — Spencer, MA    We've made significant progress on our project at Cornerstone Bank in Spencer, MA. The structural underpinning of the building to allow for the installation of an elevator pit and shaft required significant coordination. A temporary ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) has been set up for Cornerstone Bank’s customer convenience. This will allow the dismantling of the existing drive-through canopy to make way for a new one with added capacity. The new branch on the first floor is starting to take shape. This will be the first phase to be completed. A shoutout to Lee Pappas and Jimmy Tibbetts for the great work they are doing on this project! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to work along with the Cornerstone Bank team and the Studio Q Architecture team to create a completely new experience for Cornerstone’s customers and employees.     #Construction #Madigan #FWMadigan #ConstructionManagement #GeneralContractor #ConstructionDesign #Building #DesignBuild #ConstructionServices #ProfessionalConstructionService #CommercialConstruction #CornerstoneBank #SpencerMA
