Good ideas from China #2 For those who are not travelling frequently to China, here are some ideas that might give you another perspective and this time let’s talk about … SUBWAY RUSH HOUR Another fact about transportation systems. Tier 1 cities in China all benefit from top notch subway networks. Safe, clean, often automatized, they are pretty easy to use. Rush hours can be tricky though and even though I never witnessed subways professional pushers like in Tokyo, it’s best if you can anticipate where the less crowded areas will be. That’s the topic of this picture in Shanghai subway which allows - in a lot of stations - to see in real time how crowded are the train cars so you can pick the best one to stretch your legs. Probably powered by CCTV combined with AI, it can be useful when you have to take public transportation in a city that is home for 35 millions people, more than the entire country of Australia ! I’m sure you are working on similar stuff François M. & Vincent LucIAni And don’t forget, China is not perfect, but it doesn’t mean we should not look at all the goods things going on there !
Fabien Giausseran go with the flow that is what you are good at - manage the flow - this is what China is good at😁

5moChina is far from perfect but at least Chinese metro won’t stop like metro Paris every 5mins in each station because of whatever reason
