Welcome to Lights, Camera, Action for Change, a powerful event that aims to bring awareness to abuse in the entertainment industry. Our goal is to educate and empower those seeking careers in entertainment, providing them with practical tools and resources to avoid the common pitfalls of the industry. Our recent event explored how the entertainment industry can be used as a funnel into the seedy world of human trafficking, and through powerful conversations with industry veterans and leaders alike, we gained insights into how we can prevent this from happening. Check out this recap video for a glimpse into the extraordinary event and watch the full video on YouTube @SabineDieme. Learn more at sabinedieme.com.

Took part in Biweekly Contest 133, featuring straightforward questions centered on Greedy methods: In problem A, counted elements in a list, targeting numbers with remainders of 1 or 2 when divided by 3. Problem B focused on efficiency by flipping sequences of three consecutive zeros to ones, tallying the flips required. Problem C employed a strategy ensuring every number alternated between zero and one, using a flag to track state changes. Struggled with Problem D due to an initially incorrect approach, unable to find the solution in time. Not satisfied with today's performance , maybe next time :)

We very rarely get push back on our messaging but it does happen - a lot less than it used to as visibility and credibility grows through the companies that are standing with us, but we do still get the odd comment which we fully understand. But in response we would say this. No matter how much faith you have in your own ability, in isolation nothing will change. Everyone who is truly responsible has this faith, but dissonant voices just add to the white noise. It’s like trying to play a symphony with an orchestra who have never met or heard their fellow musicians. Our Easter message is simple : hear us out. Let us at least explain what we are up to before deciding if it’s something of interest or not. No sales pitches - we never ask a member or affiliate to join. They do it because they want to be united with fellow members of the same integrity and commitment to the safety of the end user. Please reach out if you would like to know more. Be part of the bigger picture. Be Fire Aware! Info@fireaware.org (Please like and share!)

If you need a little recalibration, watch “The Assembly”. What a beautiful series of stories about vulnerability, abilities and unfiltered authenticity. We need more journalists living with autism. Such a wonderful series that highlights vulnerability, diversity and where it can take us. A must watch.

When we introduced our 'Not-Now' second list feature a few weeks ago, we moved the Delete button for the 'Not-Now' button... It might've been the most llama drama we've had since v1 of http://llamalife.co! So we moved the Delete button back. But then people who liked the 1st change got MORE vocal! So now, we've given the choice to our community! There is now a toggle in Settings which determines if the Delete or 'Not-Now' button shows on the tasks. Toggle ON = will show the Delete button Toggle OFF = will show the 'Not-Now' button, which is default.

GEN X CARTOONS MADE US SMARTER!! WHAT DID YOU LEARN? Weekends were a big deal when we were kids. Two days away from school! But for Gen X, we had the supreme bonus! Saturday morning cartoons! Even better, we had after school cartoons! Years and years of the best ever made! They imparted classical music, war jokes, the value of sarcasm, questionable morals, and new uses for dynamite! Most importantly, we were also taught valuable lessons about life! 💢We learned that knowing is half the battle! 🧠Knowledge is power. 💬Nouns were people, places, and things. 👹Behind every mask, people are the real monsters. 🥦Spinach makes you a badass. 🐇Rabbits can wear dresses. 🔒And don’t shut yourself in refrigerators! They were dedicated to helping us read, stay in school, and say no to drugs. We made fun of these messages, but nonetheless, we remember them. ➡️If you could teach this generation any of our old lessons, what would they be? ➡️What cartoons have you shared with the children in your life?
