🤝 Sharing knowledge is important for development!     At DIVERUS, we understand that sharing knowledge is very important. Every insight gained is a step towards improving our strategies and pushing the boundaries. We never stop improving and getting new ideas!      Being a member of the LAQM Association opens up many opportunities to get to know different business markets, to participate in best practice visits, where companies present their activities, improvement processes, experiences and innovations.       This time we visited AB “Vilniaus Baldai”, where we got a closer look at the application of KAIZEN and ASAICHI cultures in the organisation.       It was really interesting to see how a company with 140 years of experience in the production of cabinet furniture has embraced change and applied solutions that have enabled it to successfully remain competitive in the market.      We took experience and inspiration from the traditions of KAIZEN and ASAICHI: these philosophies teach that improvement lies in the small steps we take every day, involving everyone in the community.      At DIVERUS, we value knowledge and people. Let’s talk about fundamentals. And practice! Yet another cool workshop weekend for routesetters on artificial climbing walls on behalf of Bergsportfachverband Bayern within Deutscher Alpenverein e.V. (DAV) When “routesetting” comes down to going up to assemble infrastructure at height to be opened to a public audience - safety logically has to be the first thing to talk about. Work and product safety. As routesetters are typically coming in as creative minds and athletes from a sport with a special risk culture, this theory input e.g. about regulatory frame is putting things into required perspective, ensuring understanding of the high responsability we have. But equally, for this audience, practice is key. That’s why in our workshops we dive in towards a deeper knowledge of materials and tools, understanding theoretically calculated limits and manufacturer recommendations via testing things in safe workshop environment for beginners - understanding how and why things fail is important for a responsible use of resources and safe routes as a result. Setters need to be qualified. We need to serve such safe environments to learn. Responsible persons should assign setters with increasingly challenging (at every stage feasible) tasks for the first time of assembly work - rather than next generations of routesetters are initially set at risk of going all-in unqualified and the climbing community has to find out if assembly rationale and safety assesment is appropriate. We did it! 🏅💪 What an unforgettable day for the Filuet team at the Almaty Marathon! This wasn’t just a race—it was a celebration of health, well-being, and team spirit that defines who we are at Filuet. With all our medals proudly hanging on the shoulders of our inspiring leader, Filuet Kazakhstan General Director Aizhan Mustapayeva we showed that well-being and health are not just corporate buzzwords for us—they are at the heart of everything we do. A special congratulations to Yuliya Ananko, our Logistics Department Head, who placed in the top 20 out of 800 women in the Nordic walking category, and to Yermek Adilbek our Logistics Supervisor, for winning a special prize from Kaspi Bank for his fantastic half-marathon run, 21 km!
