🎉Congratulations to the winners of the 48th hackathon - GDS JAM 2023, powered by Wargaming! 🌟 We are thrilled to be the main partner and sponsor of this incredible event organized by Gamedev at Charles University in collaboration with the Game Developers Session. 🌍 "Explore the World of Authenticity" was the challenging topic we presented, and we were impressed by the creativity and talent showcased by over 140 participants from various universities. For two full days in November 2023, these brilliant minds prototyped games that pushed boundaries and captured our imaginations. 🤩 After careful deliberation, our esteemed Wargaming jury selected three exceptional prototypes out of a remarkable pool of 41. Their dedication, innovation, and passion truly stood out. 🏆 On Friday, December 8, 2023, we proudly announced and awarded our deserving winners. HR Director, World of Tanks Franchise Liudmila Siachko addressed to the participants: “At Wargaming, we are convinced that the future of our industry lies in the hands of bright young minds, who bring unconventional perspectives and breakthrough ideas to the table. Supporting initiatives like the GDSJam hackathon, we invest into the environment that nurtures talent and fuels innovation. Rotatable Functionality: Rotate and examine the models from every angle for a comprehensive understanding. My pitch strategy involves genuine conversations, a punchy 30-second elevator pitch, and a compelling pitch deck. My approach for GDC Success: 1. Plan Ahead: Research sessions, events, and arrive early. The State of Unreal is a must-see, but ensure you’re there well in advance! 2. Network Strategically: Quality over quantity. Identify key professionals and events. Explore networking groups outside the conference space for extra opportunities. 3. Stay Energized: Long days demand hydration and snacks. Consider investing in good insoles for sustained networking energy. 4. Visit the Expo Floor: Explore new technologies and engage with exhibitors for industry updates. 5. Business Cards and Notes: Be ready with dot. Cards and traditional business cards. Take notes to recall key points and contacts. 6. Utilize Social Media: Stay active with the event hashtag, connect with attendees, and follow updates for effective networking. 7.
