We have been getting a lot of questions about how to check if for your listing is optimized and does it need any further working upon it or not. So I'm going to demonstrate how we can do a basic your research and then find out if the listing is optimized or does it need any modification. So I'm doing a pretty basic keyword research. You can do a better one. But for now, I'll be doing a basic your research and showing you how you can use the keywords to how you can use scribbles of Helium 10 to find out if your listing is. Optimized or not? So let's get to it. First of all, the listing that I'm going to do an audit for is this one. So for looking at it, I can see that this is the main keyword. So I'm going to copy this and I'm just going to search it here. OK, so once I've searched the listing here, all the listings have appeared. I just have to run the X-ray on this and then I have to what I have to do is to apply a filter to remove all the Asians that are. Sponsored and this is how it will be done. OK, then you have to select the top 10. And you have to run the cerebral on this. You have to select the 10 and you have to click on this. I have done this already and this is where it lands you if you click on this. For example, if I click on this, I'll be clicking on this. It will land me to this page, but it needs a few minutes so I'll be just heading it over to this. Yeah, this, this is this will fetch all the keywords these listings have. They have like 12,000 keywords. I'll just export the data from here and I have already exported that, so I'll just open it up. You can delete all the relevant columns. They are irrelevant as in the perspective of what we are doing right now. But they can provide a lot of data to you which can be helpful in other in other times. So I'll be deleting all the columns following till position rank. Cannot delete the position rank and I'll paste this asylum. Here. These are the columns that will be deleted. I just delete these columns, then I'll shift this ace in here. And after that, what I'll do is I'll add a column to the left that will be for the relevancy to check the relevancy of the keyword and enable it relevancy. Then I'll apply a formula account if and then I'll just run it over here and check if. Any of them is ranked ten or below. I'll click it, then I'll apply it to all the all the columns. And then I'll just copy and paste it and paste it as value. So all the keywords, all the all the formulas are gone and we just have values, right? So I'll just do a quick makeup of it. OK, I'll apply as some formulas and here. Here you can apply the formula where you can select products, the keywords with higher relevancy. I'll select four and above, but you can select more if you want. For example, you can select three as well, but. That depends upon you. OK, so here's the relevance is already selected. Now I'll sort the search volume in descending order, and this is how I'll get my main keywords. OK, so these are the main keywords, the highly relevant and high search volume keywords that I'm getting right now. I'll just copy. You can copy more or less as as opposed to your demand. And then you can come to the Helium Dashboard and then you can just go to the tools and scribbles. When you go to the scribbles here it shows you add phrases. Here you have to add the keywords. Make sure that you add comma after every keyword because sometimes it messes things up. I have faced this issue so that's why I'm. Questions about it? You have to put comma after every keyword. Then you have to leave one line after each keyword so that they don't get mixed up because sometimes they do. Now you have to copy this title and then you have to paste it here. If you want to check separately if your title, how many keywords does your title have? You can apply it there and it will show you what I'll be checking it for all of them. So I'll just copy everything. This is the first bullet. This is the second bullet. This is the third one. And this is the 4th of this. Yeah. And this is the last minute. OK, so this is the last blood. OK, got it. I have pasted everything here. Now I'll just click apply and it will show me how many keywords I have. You have to ignore this one because this is checking for the separate words. You have to check for the phrases because the keywords are phrases, right? So here it shows me that I have I'm using like 6 keywords and I'm not using two. OK, so you can copy all the six ones that have been used and you can copy the ones that are not used. It is also showing you there also. Is demonstrating here which one is used. It pretty much shows you everything. You can just copy them and you'll find out that which ones are not being used and which ones are being used. So this is a way to find out that if you're listing is optimized and does it have the main keywords or for example, if I had only one keyword here in my listing, I would say that it is not optimized.
