As graphic designers, we face a series of challenges that can make our job feel like a never-ending saga. From the 'urgent' last-minute changes to the requests for endless variations, it’s a constant battle to balance creativity with client demands. The market often underestimates the time, effort, and passion we pour into every project. Everyone expects 100% quality while offering just 1% of the time needed. It’s astonishing how little some understand the technology and techniques behind design. Instead of giving a designer just 10 minutes for a task followed by 100s of revisions, it's better to provide a reasonable timeframe for the project. This way, you’ll likely need fewer revisions, and the final design will be far superior. Working with such unrealistic expectations and tight deadlines can dampen a designer's creativity and passion for learning more in the design domain. After countless revisions, what was once a highly creative project often gets diluted to a minimum creativity level, yet the market still blames the designer. If you hire a designer, trust them. You're paying for their exceptional experience and expertise. Let’s keep pushing the boundaries and supporting each other through every design struggle. #GraphicDesign #DesignerStruggles #CreativeChallenges #hiring #graphics #designer
I agree! But everyone has their own perspective.

3moI get it. People will never satisfied because everyone has a different perspective but that doesn't make the design look bad it is just the perspective.
