Our Carbon Impact Report with Greenly | Certified B Corp 🌍 For the second year, we’ve measured our carbon emissions with Greenly using ADEME’s methodology. While it’s not required for a company of our size, Laure, Camille, Thibaud, Pauline, and Mélanie have led this initiative as part of our commitment to transparency and sustainability. We are proud to have earned the Silver Medal! 🥈 Ranking us in the top 15%. We assess our carbon footprint in two ways: 💰 Monetary: Emissions tied to company expenses. 🕺🏻 Physical: More precise, calculating actual emissions from activities. Our biggest emissions come from suppliers (tech, cloud storage), but the ultimate goal of this work is to reduce our emissions—and the first step is measuring them! Social Risks: Our Unique Certification Scoring System 👥🚨 At Fairly Made, we are dedicated to ethical and transparent supply chains. To ensure our suppliers meet high social standards, we assign each one a certification score. In the absence of standardized methodologies for measuring social impact, we've developed a unique and rigorous system, unlike anywhere else. This approach allows us to proactively identify and address social issues within your supply chain to help you understand whether your products are made responsibly. Here’s why and how we do it in this slider👇 Each supplier is given a certification score (expressed as a percentage) based on how well their certifications meet our criteria. The overall certification score for a product is then calculated as the average of these supplier scores, scaled to 5 according to our method. 🔒 Please note that these scores are confidential and are not made public; they are used solely for internal evaluation to give brands greater visibility. 💡 These encompass the effects of company activities on various stakeholders such as local communities, workers, value chains, and clients, and should be linked to the product through its Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). By implementing this thorough evaluation process, Fairly Made improves ethical production practices and upholds human rights throughout our supply chain. Last year, we achieved: Harnessing Traceability to Reduce a Brand’s Impact 🟢 37,000+ Traceability studies. 🟢 20,000+ LCA’s achieved by our Impact Team. Promoting Transparency to Boost Consumer Awareness 🟢 770,000+ total scans and views of digital product passports and in-store QR codes. 🟢 40,000+ digital product passports and QR codes delivered. Client Usage Focus 🟢 80% of our clients are actively using our tools to communicate transparently with their consumers. 🟢 75% of them are providing full traceability and impact information, exceeding the requirements of the AGEC law. 🤺 Sustainability is complex and communicating it effectively can be daunting for brands. It requires clarity for a diverse audience, from novice to expert, and can significantly influence a brand’s image and reputation. 🌿 At Fairly Made, we’re dedicated to improving our digital product passports.
