How would you define excellence? "It's to the degree that we do our work well, that we have an opportunity to witness and be heard." Excellence matters!
Henry Kaestner & Faith Driven Entrepreneur, this is such an important message in a world that is absolutely *obsessed* with missing the distinction between excellence and perfection. Our (then) President Paul Dixon at Cedarville University (back when it was a College) used to say that a Christian’s work “should have quality stamped all over it” Its a personal grudge match between me and the weaponization of “perfection”. I wokld so much rather see people answering the question of what level of quality reflects our commitment.
The thing about excellence is we have complete control over it.
Love this, Henry Kaestner.
