Today, I had the pleasure of attending a vibrant cultural celebration in our society for Onam. The air was filled with joy, colors, and the aroma of the traditional culture, reminding me of the collective spirit of unity and prosperity. In agricultural era, Mahabali symbolized prosperity, blessing his people with bountiful harvests. His reign was one of abundance and wisdom, ensuring the well-being of his people & serving feast, like Onam Sadya for everyone..... In the industrial era, leaders at every levels, plays a similar role, guiding organizations towards growth and success. Just as Mahabali nurtured his kingdom, leaders today bless their teams with opportunities, vision, and support, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement--embodying the Arpa Irro mindset set for hard work & growth.
