Today, I had the pleasure of attending a vibrant cultural celebration in our society for Onam. The air was filled with joy, colors, and the aroma of the traditional culture, reminding me of the collective spirit of unity and prosperity. In agricultural era, Mahabali symbolized prosperity, blessing his people with bountiful harvests. His reign was one of abundance and wisdom, ensuring the well-being of his people & serving feast, like Onam Sadya for everyone..... In the industrial era, leaders at every levels, plays a similar role, guiding organizations towards growth and success. Just as Mahabali nurtured his kingdom, leaders today bless their teams with opportunities, vision, and support, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement--embodying the Arpa Irro mindset set for hard work & growth. As leaders, our responsibility is to ensure that every stakeholder- customers, employees, and partners- benefits from our shared success. Like the Onam Sadya, we must create an environment of inclusivity, collaboration, and mutual growth, where everyone has their grand dinner at the table. In doing so, we embody the spirit of unity and prosperity, ensuring that no one is left behind. As we celebrate Onam and Mahabali’s legacy, let us also reflect on the role of modern-day leadership in fostering prosperity in our professional lives. #Onam #CulturalCelebration #Leadership #Prosperity #Mahabali #OnamSadya #IndustrialEra #CorporateCulture #ArpaErro

Thank You Lagos Leadership Summit. It’s incredible speaking to youths, Governor of Lagos State, Deputy Governor, Former Minister of works and other Presidential dignitaries. My main point was “start seeing persons with disabilities as contributors to society rather than receivers”. This perception will lead to a co-creation of shared vision to foster an inclusive environment. Congratulations to the first cohort of Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy who will be traveling to India after their leadership program. #disabity Osayi Alile Tosin Eniolorunda

Tshiki + Mzilikazi = Tshikazi. 😍 When Asemahle and I started Tshikazi Foundation, we wanted more than just a name for our organisation. We wanted a meaning, a purpose and a story. Something personal to us. Tshikazi is not just a symbolic name for us, it is a mission. It is about addressing the gaps in early childhood education, creating inclusive opportunities, and nurturing young minds with tools that prepare them for the future. Revisiting this name reminds me of why we do what we do. It is a powerful reminder of the responsibility and privilleges of being part of a journey that support communities. 💡What does your name menan to you? And how does your work reflect who you are (if it does at all)? Let’s celebrate the power of meaning, purpose and the stories that inspire us to keep going #Tshikazifoundation #Whatsinaname #Purposedrivenwork #npc
Two Names, One Vision: The Story Behind Tshikazi Foundation 🤭 Have you ever wondered about the meaning behind a name? 🤔 For us at Tshikazi Foundation, our name is a blend of personal identity and shared purpose. Tshikazi combines the surnames of our co-founders, Olwethu Tshiki and Latita Asemahle Mzilikazi. It reflects our Xhosa heritage and celebrates the power of collaboration. Tshikazi represents the deep connection to our South African roots. It’s a reminder of where we come from and the legacy we hope to build for future generations. 💫 Tshikazi is more than just a word — it’s a commitment to empowering the next generation with creativity, sustainability, and leadership. Our name reminds us of the unity and creativity that fuel our mission every day. ❤️🔥 💡 Do you know the story behind your name or your organisation's name? Share it with us, we’d love to hear your story too! #TshikaziFoundation #STEEAMEducation #Leadership #WhatsInAName

Unlike Mahabharata(Bhagwat Geeta), Ramayana was always taught as mythology. Still, its learning can resolve many contentious problems in the world(also corporate ones) & surely make it a better place to live. There are 7 lessons I learned from my Family, Seniors, Industry leaders, and also from Colleagues. 1) Leadership: Lord Rama exemplifies the qualities of an ideal leader. 2) Patience: Lord Rama's patience to achieve the goal of rescuing Maa Sita. 3) Building Relationships: Lord Ram's ability to build strong relationships. 4) Trusting Team Members and Encouraging Them: Lord Rama's Trust in Sugriva. 5) Empathy: Lord Ram's empathy towards others. 6) Teamwork: Building the Bridge to Lanka. 7) Accepting Success with Humility: Return to Ayodhya. Prabhu Ram ensured the protection of the right people and punished those who were unethical and did wrong things. He never bothered about who is the person be it Raavan or Bali, if the person was doing wrong then he never hesitated to punish them. Prabhu Ram is the universe in himself and there is always more to learn from his life. May Prabhu Ram show the right path & bless success and happiness to all of you. #Jaishreeram #happyramnavami #msm

Day 361/365 #osamasjournal The ummah is well and truly alive. I’ve been having some incredible conversations over the last few weeks. So many moving parts are due to come together in the near future. The top industry leaders are looking to create lasting impact to support Muslims in business by providing pathways for them to fast track their success. You’re seeing more Muslim brands and more ethically operating businesses arise. The future truly looks bright. The current political situation has surely played its part in this. It exposed the truth to many and sparked the light to get the ball rolling. To avoid the inability to support our brothers and sisters in the future we need to have people in position of influence and power. The future looks bright. In the present do not stop talking about the genocide. Do not stop playing your part in spreading awareness, supporting financially where you can and most importantly making dua. Lesson of the day - one day for you and one day against you. ———————- Salaam I’m Osama and I help Muslim business owners achieve clarity to compound their profits 🚀 I am on a mission to develop 1,000 Muslim leaders in business by 2030. If you are interested in growing your business (or starting one) apply for the Ameer Accelerator programme today! 🌙 Jummah Mubarak 🌙 Today is about more than routines. It’s about reconnecting with purpose. Jummah is a reminder that success isn’t just what we achieve; it’s how we achieve it. It’s the kindness we show, the integrity we hold, and the impact we make along the way. As leaders, we’re not just building businesses; we’re building trust. We’re inspiring others by example, every day. Today, let’s take a moment to realign our actions with our values. Let’s be intentional, be grateful, and serve with humility. Wishing everyone a Jummah filled with peace, clarity, and purpose. 🌙 Recite Durood Shareef and remember me in your prayers. #JummahMubarak #PurposeDriven #LeadWithIntegrity
