I've incorporated polygon shapes to create a unique background, fitting my image within these shapes, and added a personal touch with the text 'hello toni is here.' Here is the simplest way to use color variables for adding gradients in your Figma designs. While it might seem complex with variables, it’s fairly straightforward when using local styles. But you will have to design both dark and light modes separately. Using colour variables is really going to be super helpful when designing for both dark and light mode simultaneously, this will also let your gradients automatically adjust when switching between the two modes. You’re welcome.. #figma #figmatutorial #colourvariables

5 misbeliefs of colors ..... Understanding these misconceptions can help designers make more informed decisions when choosing and implementing colors in design. 1. More colors are better -- Using too many colors can relate visual chaos and overwhelm users. 2. Color blindness is rare -- Color vision deficiencies affect a significant portion of the population. 3. Bright Colors are always attention-grabbing -- Bright colors can be attention grabbing, but overuse can lead to fatigue. 4. Color Selection is a one time decision -- Colors should evolve with design trends and user feedback. Regularly reassess your color choices for relevance and accessibility. 5. Dark Mode is Just About Inverting Colors -- Effective dark mode design involves more than flipping colors. These are the misconceptions of the colors. 💡 Create a Glowing Button in Figma! ✨ Want to add some flair to your design? Here’s how to create a glowing button in Figma that will make your interface shine! 🌟 Step 1: Design the button. Start with a simple rectangle or rounded rectangle, and add your button text. 🖼️ Step 2: Add a gradient fill. Use a radial gradient to give the button a soft glow effect. 🎨 Step 3: Apply the glow effect. Go to the effects panel, choose “Drop Shadow,” and set the blur and spread to create a glowing aura around your button. Adjust the color and opacity to get the perfect glow. 💫 Step 4: Customize the interaction. In Prototype mode, you can create a "While Hovering" interaction to make the glow intensify when the user hovers over the button. This adds an interactive and dynamic touch. 🛠️ And there you have it—a glowing button that adds a touch of magic to your design! ✨ Ready to try it out? Share your version and let’s inspire each other! 🌟 Got any questions? Drop them in the comments—I’m here to help! 😊 #FigmaTutorial #GlowingButton #UIUXDesign #CreativeDesign #FigmaCommunity #DesignTips
