Congratulations to E Tech Group, a Falfurrias Capital Partners' portfolio company, on its agreement to be acquired by Graham Partners! This transaction culminates in a very successful partnership between Falfurrias and E Tech. Since investing in January 2018, Falfurrias has helped the Company execute its organic and inorganic growth plan to expand into new geographies and end-market verticals. This included successfully integrating four acquisitions during Falfurrias’ investment, including Glenmount Global Solutions, Superior Controls, Inc., E-Volve Systems, and Automation Group. Additionally, Falfurrias invested in the E Tech team, adding several key management team members, including CEO Matt Wise, and further developing the sales organization. We thoroughly enjoyed our partnership with the E Tech team and look forward to their continued growth and success as they join Graham Partners.
