When he's not working, Andrew enjoys spending time with his three children and six wonderful grandkids. He’s also an avid freshwater fisherman, which he finds very relaxing and rewarding. 🌟 Associate Spotlight - Meet Brock Breedlove Brock Breedlove is an Area Construction Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Having joined Lennar in March 2016, he brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role. Brock's journey into construction began at the age of 19 when he found himself captivated by the process of building homes while working for a landscaping company. His fascination led him to shadow a friend who owned a framing company, eventually securing a position with a local builder at just 20 years old. Despite facing setbacks during the economic downturn of 2008, Brock's determination and passion for construction led him back to the industry in 2016 when he joined CalAtlantic Homes, now part of Lennar. Since then, he has dedicated himself to his craft, earning accolades such as the Elite Core Award in 2017 and the MVP Award in 2022. For Brock, the driving force behind his success is the strength of his team. He firmly believes in the power of collaboration and values the support of his colleagues. His favorite quote, "Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail" by Ralph Waldo Emerson, reflects his adventurous spirit and willingness to take on new challenges. Outside of work, Brock enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring the outdoors. His hobbies include deer and bird hunting, activities that allow him to unwind and connect with nature. Married to his wife Christy for 8 years, Brock cherishes the time spent with their two daughters, Adaleigh and Leila, as well as their beloved family dog, Finn. Additionally, Brock is actively involved in his community through his service at First Baptist Church Monroe, where he serves on the A/V team and as Chairman of the Building and Grounds Committee. #associatespotlight #construction

She is one of our Project Engineers and has been a valuable member of the Creekside team for almost 5 years! Tammie brings a wealth of experience and is eager to take on new challenges. Her adaptability and dedication make her an asset both in the field and in the office. She’s passionate about team building and fostering growth, and we’re grateful to have her as part of the Creekside team! Let’s learn a little bit more about Tammie… Q: How many years in the industry? A: Approximately 28 years. I have worked for HVAC & Plumbing Subcontractors as well as General Contractors. Q: What do you love/enjoy about the field? A: I love this industry because it is never boring. I may be doing similar task, but each project adds a different spin to the requirements. It is also fun to meet new people and see old acquaintances from past projects, it is a small world when working in construction. Q: What is one of your favorite things to do on your weekends/ day off? A: I enjoy hanging out in our backyard during my time off. I have a good size garden and a pool to relax in, of course if we are not watching our daughter play softball. Q: If you had a superpower, what would it be? A:I like working with numbers and seem to be able to find discrepancies and patterns when there’s an issue. Q: What’s your guilty pleasure song? A: Pour Some Sugar On Me by Def Leppard. 😊 Q: What is the worst fashion decision you ever made? Do you have pictures? A: I’m sure there were many, but I cannot think of one right now. I was a teenager through the 80s so I’m sure my bangs were high.
