Across our learning communities, we have been building portfolios of training across education in areas such as: Trauma informed practice Autism Aware Dyslexia Neurodiversity ACES Mental Health and Wellbeing Team Teach Thrive practice W͎h͎a͎t͎ ͎e͎l͎s͎e͎ ͎h͎a͎v͎e͎ ͎I͎ ͎l͎e͎f͎t͎ ͎o͎u͎t͎?͎   What I would welcome from you, is to understand better, how are you delivering your curriculum using a Person-Centred lens?   How has this training been interwoven across school communities systemically, not just as an ADD on?   Have your policy positions changed and become more aligned to delivering a curriculum underpinned by this “new understanding”, and so, where are you on the Person-Centred journey?   I would very much welcome your insights and experiences.
