Divorce isn't just the end of a marriage; it's the start of a new kind of partnership in co-parenting, whether it's easy or not. Our clients will have to redefine what it means to be divorced—they are now "business partners" with their ex in the most important job of all: raising happy, loved children. Logging into your 401k provider’s website and updating your beneficiaries could be the difference between your loved ones getting the money you worked hard to earn. Any time a life event happens, you should update your beneficiaries: 👶 Birth of a child ⚱️ Death of a loved one 👰 Marriage 💔 Divorce Because if you don’t your money could go to the wrong people.
