Just ask your customers! I love this. One key takeaway from this podcast that really struck me is about attribution in your sales cycle, essentially answering the question: How did you acquire the customer? I've seen struggles over and over again in comprehending the data we capture within our systems. But the solution can be as straightforward as just asking your customers! It's truly remarkable how, at times, complex questions can find their answers in the simplest of approaches.
