🌟 My Journey as a Business Analyst: Learning & Growing Every Day 🌟 As stepping into the role of a Business Analyst, I know how exciting and fulfilling this position can be. Every day feels like an opportunity to explore new concepts, engage with brilliant minds, and contribute meaningfully to projects that create real impact. 🤝 Here’s what makes this journey so fascinating: 📌 Requirement Gathering – One of the first things I learned is how important it is to truly understand the needs of stakeholders. Whether it’s sitting down with clients or communicating with teams, my role involves translating their ideas into clear, actionable plans that the tech team can follow. 📊 Data Analysis – This part is where the numbers come to life! Analyzing data to spot trends and derive insights that help inform critical decisions has been incredibly rewarding. It’s like piecing together a puzzle, and each insight adds more value to the project. 🖼 Wireframing & Documentation – Creating wireframes and detailed documentation is such an essential part of what I do. It helps the development team visualize how things should look and function, and keeps everyone on track through the project lifecycle. 💡 Problem-Solving – Challenges come up, but that’s when we, as Business Analysts, get to shine. Finding solutions that benefit the business while meeting the user’s needs is always a great moment! 🔄 Communication & Collaboration – One of my favorite aspects of the role is bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. It’s a responsibility that helps ensure everything is aligned, from business goals to technical execution, leading to smooth, successful projects. Being a Business Analyst fresh out of the gate has been an exciting journey full of learning and growth. I’m loving every moment of contributing to solutions that matter and evolving with each project. 🚀✨ I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and making meaningful contributions. Looking forward to more opportunities and collaborations! 😊 I’d love to hear your thoughts! Feel free to comment on this post or connect with me here on LinkedIn if you’d like to discuss how I can improve further. Any suggestions and recommendations are always welcome! 😊 #BusinessAnalysis #FreshersJourney #LearningEveryDay #Collaboration #ProblemSolving #CareerGrowth #BusinessAnalyst

As I'm interested in Digital Product Management I gathered some tips to improve your resume and show your transferable skills: 1. If you worked in retail, you have dealt with many customers, talking to them, gathering feedback and solving their problems to improve the whole experience. 2. You have great user empathy as you dealt with many customers and this is a crucial part as you will solve user and business problems regularly. 3. Collaboration with the marketing team to execute the marketing plans. 4. Share the quantifiable business outcomes, you have to bring something to the table, "No Money, No Honey" 5. Speak the language of a Data Analyst,Designer, Software engineer and business person and share that on the resume as all of you have the same goal which is growing your business and satisfying users. #product #product_management #product_owner #health_tech #pharmacy #digital_health #pharmacy_informatics #healthcare #product #management #agile #resume

Something I love to see is leaders thinking creatively about their talented teams when they spot a gap in capabilities. In that situation, hiring a new person can feel like the intuitive next step. But when we look around, it’s likely the skills we need are closer than we think. Some great examples of skills transferring between roles I’ve seen are: 🤝 customer experience >< people experience 🌟 sales >< talent acquisition 📣 internal comms >< PR and branding 📝 executive assistant >< project manager 📈 data analyst >< product owner I'd love to hear about any other examples from people! #talentmobility #squigglycareers #peopledevelopment #skillsovertitles
