We just ran our first session of "Who decides? 🤔" alongside our friends at Collective Impact Agency. It's a game designed to help organisations who want to diffuse power and decision-making in their organisations. Playing this as a game gives everyone the space to get things wrong, to simulate things quickly, and to not get too bogged down in detail. "Who decides? 🤔" simulates decision-making processes over the course of a year. Each player acts as a circle with a clear remit, who has a strategic goal they're trying to work on. But as time ticks on, a bunch of scenarios come up that vie for your attention and that need some decisions to be made! If every circle completes their strategic goal by the end of the year, then the whole group wins. If not—better luck next time! Our first session already helped a team to identify the need for clearer interfaces between their circles and a need for *someone* to understand the bigger picture of the whole team's workloads.
