🔎 A frequently asked question we get is where does our food come from?
We are delighted to receive donations of high quality fresh produce from local organisations like SHRUB. Their food is sourced locally and seasonally for restaurants and chefs, so crunchy organic leaves can end up on the table for people who may not otherwise have access to it. 🥗💚

Have you ever wondered where we source our mushrooms from? 🍄
At Harmonic Arts, we're passionate about ethically and sustainably sourcing the best quality herbs, mushrooms, and superfoods—sometimes taking us on a global journey to find them. 🌏
We’re proud to source our mushrooms from the pristine mountainous regions of China and lush birch forests of Siberia. This decision is made mindfully and with deep consideration of purity, potency, and quality.
The organic farms we partner with pride themselves on:
🍄Cultivating organic fruiting body mushrooms
🍄Using traditional mediums that closely resemble their wild environment
🍄Providing optimal nourishment for maximum potency
These practices ensure our mushrooms are rich in essential polysaccharides to support your health.

🌿 The Irony of Going Organic 🥦
Isn’t it funny how life comes full circle? Remember when organic was just another word for “expensive”? Now, we’re all eagerly shelling out five times the price for those pesticide-free avocados and kale smoothies. 😂
Back in the day:
- We brushed off organic as a trend for the ultra-health-conscious.
- Our grocery lists were filled with whatever was cheapest and most convenient. 🍕
Fast forward to today:
- We’re reading labels like detectives on a mission, scrutinizing every ingredient.
- We’re proudly paying a premium for “Natural” and “organic” stickers, feeling like we’re saving the planet one carrot at a time. 🥕
Here’s to paying more for less (and loving every bite)! Because in the end, the grass really is greener when it’s organic.
Stay curious, because the real secret of life might just be hiding in your next grocery list. 🌟

🌱 Have you ever wondered what happens when you compare organic vs. conventional broccoli 🥦 as it breaks down in the soil over time?
And what about 🥬 organic vs. conventional cauliflower? 🤔
Last month, I had the pleasure of meeting world-class photographer David Trood, AKA Weedy (The Weedy Gardener), in Inverell, where he interviewed Gundula Rhoades for his latest incredible video 🎥 (which took 3 months to create!). Information included research from soil nerds 🥸 James White, James Weiss and Dr. Elaine Ingham.
This video dives deep into the nutrient cycle ♻️ and highlights why, in many cases, commercially grown food is missing VITAL life-giving nutrients—nutrients we need to stay healthy, happy, and wise 💪😄🧠.
Remember, we are truly "what we eat" 🍎. This video might help YOU understand your place in that cycle of life 🔄 and show how you can use this knowledge to your advantage.
It will explain why being aware of what you eat 🍽️ is so important.
In the comments below, I’ve shared some photos 📸 from the video showing the broccoli 🥦 and cauliflower 🥬 in different stages of breakdown—fascinating examples of “you are what you eat”.
Is this what you expected? Let me know your thoughts! 👇

If this seems like too much work for you, plant the capsicum seeds directly into the large pot initially so you won’t have to transfer them later. It’s crucial to handle the roots and plant gently to avoid damaging the plant. The optimal time to switch to larger pots when starting seedlings in small pots is around 3-4 weeks after they sprout. This way, you can transfer them into bigger pots without the extra step of soaking the roots. To learn how to grow your own organic food for free, download CropShare and follow us for more tips!
Worms prefer to eat vegetables that have been grown without chemicals - go figure!
This was fascinating to watch how conventional vs organic vegetables decompose when they are returned to the soil.. it sure makes you wonder what all those chemicals must do to our gut as the food breaks down.

Growing capsicum organically in India is a true labour of love, demanding precise care and constant attention.
At Bhoomi Farms, we pride ourselves on being the sole producer of farm-certified, source-traceable organic capsicum, cultivated with certified organic methods.
So, the next time you pick up green or colored capsicum elsewhere, ask who grew it. Chances are, it’s from a chemically-treated field.
Choose Bhoomi Farms for the real organic difference. 💚
