Despite compelling digital video evidence that the suspect had a "gun in hand," agencies, prosecutors, and the media chose to ignore it. The officer on the street, however, puts his life at risk if he chooses to do so... Though technology, body worn cameras, have increased our ability to investigate O.I.S. incidents, as has L.E.'s ability to analyze the videos, groups are chosing to ignore the evidence of the armed suspect at the moment the officer made the decision to shoot, and focusing on the "politics of force" to further their agendas. https://lnkd.in/gs8P9vfk

Good afternoon folks, CDP had quite an eventful night last night. Probably something to do with the full Moon. The below video shows a call out to support our partnership agencies with a suspicious circumstances vehicle. Upon arrival, you will see that they were eager to surrender by sticking their hands up. We don't carry guns just loaded dogs, they weren't even at 'dog point' before surrendering.
