Cooking is best example of creativity, experiential learning ,SDGs( at least 5) and self care n love towards oneself........per time nahin hai kisi ke pass....... every one wants good food, no one wants to cook.....irony. Biggest mockery....it is not taught as subject in schools . Time has come to do regular cooking classes in schools.

I'm often asked which of my cookery courses is a good one to start with. Really, it depends what you're interested in, but I would say Knife Skills is a good place to start. It gives you a skill that you can practice every time you go to make a dish, it will decrease the amount of time taken & you'll use it every day. What cookery skill do you think is the most important one?

Chef Kaz is serious about teaching in his classes, but outside of class, he's a kind person. He's on a journey to explore what he wants to convey. Unlike Chef Kaz, I'm clumsy and have a poor memory. However, I see merit in that. Making the same mistakes repeatedly, forgetting what I've been taught, and not grasping things immediately is okay. It's good because it's a journey. If you're as clumsy as me, I understand your struggles. The struggle of being passionate but unable to perform. At least I can understand. If you want to know about the educational policy of Osu No Sushi or have any questions about sushi, I'll answer. Chef Kaz handles the techniques, I handle the policies.
