#OPA4354AIPWR The OPAx354 series high-speed voltage feedback CMOS operational amplifier is designed specifically for video applications and other applications that require broadband bandwidth. These devices have stable unit gain and can output large currents. The differential gain is 0.02%, and the differential phase is 0.09 °. The static current is only 4.9mA per channel.The OPAx354 series operational amplifiers are optimized for single or dual power supply operation as low as 2.5V (± 1.25V) and up to 5.5V (± 2.75V). The common mode input range exceeds the power supply range. The output swing of the power rail is within 100mV, supporting a wide dynamic range.For applications that require a fully continuous output current of 100mA, single channel and dual channel 8-pin HSOP Powerpad versions can be used.The single channel version (OPA354) adopts micro 5-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin HSOP Powerpad packaging. The dual channel version (OPA2354) adopts a miniature 8-pin VSSOP and 8-pin HSOP Powerpad package. The four channel version (OPA4354) adopts 14 pin TSSOP and 14 pin SOIC packaging.The multi-channel version adopts completely independent circuits, which can minimize crosstalk and completely eliminate mutual interference. The rated extended operating temperature range for all functions is -40 ° C to+125 ° C.
