While the holidays are often a time of joy, they can also bring challenges for many dealing with seasonal depression. 🌨️💙 At Farwest Environmental, we understand that a healthy home environment plays a role in mental and physical well-being. Issues like mold, poor air quality, or allergens can exacerbate feelings of fatigue and discomfort. As we care for homes, we’re also committed to caring for the people who live in them. If you’re feeling overwhelmed this season, remember to prioritize self-care, lean on your support system, and reach out for help when needed. And if we can assist in creating a healthier, safer space for you and your loved ones, we’re here for you. 🏡💚 Let’s spread kindness, understanding, and compassion this holiday season.

The holiday season is lovely unless you are: - a caregiver who is burnt out - a leader with challenging decisions - an introvert who gets exhausted socializing - a host who is anxious about cooking and hosting - a person who lives with someone described above I've been all of the above. And still experience some of them. I see you -- trying to do your best, but feeling that things aren't going to go your way. Instead of giving in to the negative feelings, try this instead: - do something that lights you up - take 2 hours off and get a massage - put on your favorite song and dance - write a note of gratitude to a loved one - watch your favorite movie with a cup of tea - spend time with someone who makes you laugh - lower your standards for how you have to show up The most important thing is to give yourself a break. You'll show up better for yourself and for everyone around you. And most important of all, you'll have more fun experiencing what can be a beautiful time of year. Sending you wishes for a less stressful holiday season!
