At FatakPay, we are deeply committed to standing behind the incredible individuals who dedicate their lives to serving others. Today, we are proud to highlight the unwavering dedication of our nurses, the true heroes working tirelessly in maternity hospitals across the country. Let us share the inspiring story of one such nurse, Sunidha, who not only takes care of two lives at the same time but does so with immense kindness, humility, and a deep sense of gratitude for her work. From assisting with health checkups to providing post-delivery care, she ensures that mothers and their newborns receive the best possible medical attention. Despite facing numerous financial and mental challenges, she continues to serve selflessly. Sunidha's brother's dream of joining a sports academy has become her own. She works diligently, saving every penny to make this dream a reality. Often working 48-hour shifts, she sacrifices her personal life to ensure the well-being of her patients as well as to fulfill her brother's dream. Her unwavering dedication to her family and patients is truly inspiring. At FatakPay, we stand behind hardworking individuals like Sunidha. By offering #microfinance services, we aim to support their aspirations and provide financial assistance for daily and emergency needs, ensuring that dreams are never out of reach. We salute Sunidha and all the incredible nurses who go above and beyond every day. Your dedication and sacrifice are the backbone of our healthcare system. It's here, just as predicted. A rapidly expanding need for #homecare of the older Boomers with declining overall health. https://lnkd.in/gTXM4bQF Patients receiving homecare, by definition, can't get to and from the dentist easily. Nor can they afford to, nor tolerate invasive care. So, oral healthcare must go to them, and utilize the #nurses, #PSWs and #hygienists who serve this group. CHX is co-developing a new model of preventive oral healthcare which can be readily, quickly and affordably delivered in the home. This new model depends on #Prevora's ability to prevent cavities and bleeding gums without pain, and without much time. It could be a game changer.

Supporting the delivery of healthcare; passionate about the fundamentals of healthcare and improving outcomes.
Apologies to the elderly; apologies to NHS workers; apologies to the tax paying population... As today marks the day energy prices increase, alongside the winter fuel payment cut, I and many others will be wondering, 'does the government know what's ahead?'. There will an apparent £1.4bn cost saving from the winter fuel allowance cut, coincidentally triggering a 152% rise in pension credit applications at a forecasted cost of £246m + what seems like an unaccounted for haemorrhage of resource and capacity within the NHS across the country. Do the numbers dictate now more than people? Sadly, patients, staff, and the wider Health and Social Care services will significantly feel the effect of the imminent strain on an already struggling infrastructure. NHS England and The Department of Health and Social Care, I believe are making mis-informed judgements from inaccurate workforce data stemming from surges in recruitment of #nurses over the last two years(+) with what could be viewed as irresponsible levels of funding by NHS England to enabling NHS Trusts to mass recruit in order to enable the Conservatives to allegedly fulfil their pledge of recruiting an extra 55,000 nurses into the #NHS - politically led, not people led! The reality is 55,000 extra nurses have not come into the #NHS and service delivery is not benefitting (ask existing staff) nor is patient experience and outcomes (ask patients). Unprecedented levels of recruitment can help the #NHS however it has also led to some #NHS Trusts being overwhelmed in managing the transition of internationally educated staff into our healthcare system; internationally educated staff are absolutely not inferior to UK trained, but thrusting lots of new staff into a majorly stretched healthcare system with limited support thereafter will cause issues, particularly as we approach winter and the pressures that occur during this time. Numbers led yet again... As winter approaches, protect the elderly and protect our #NHS. #People are more important than #politics.

🚨 Approximately 5 million renters/year in the US fall victim to housing scams. Scammers often target vulnerable individuals, such as those moving frequently for work, like travel #nurses, because of their urgent need for #temporaryhousing and unfamiliarity with local markets. #Healthcare workers, due to their frequent relocation and reliance on short-term housing platforms. Scammers impersonate legitimate services, making it difficult for us healthcare workers to identify fraudulent listings quickly even after sometimes showing up physically to confirm legitimacy. 💔 Nursesbnb Inc was created to combat the counterfeit. We’re revolutionizing the way #healthcare professionals secure #housing, bringing innovative solutions right to your fingertips. 💫 To provide a trusted place where #travelnurse #locums and all healthcare workers can book safely. While you take care of your patients. We will take care of your housing needs. Our cost-effective solution does not compromise on quality. Our mission is to ensure that healthcare professionals have a reliable source of housing whether they are relocating from across town or from Timbuktu✈ Today’s healthcare system is facing an unprecedented demand for professionals, far exceeding what was needed just three years ago. The reality is that local hospitals alone cannot generate enough skilled workers to adequately serve their communities. Small community hospitals often experience brain drain to the big cities and the need to import skilled professionals becomes critical to the health of the community they serve. Never neglect to rent your property to a healthcare professional especially when the care they give directly impacts the community you or your family resides. When healthcare professionals are secure in their personal needs, like housing, they can dedicate their full attention to providing exceptional patient care." #nurseapproved #nurseonLinkedin #hlth2024 #travelnurses #healthcare #proptech 🔔 It is always 100% FREE for homeowners to list their property. 📢 The future of online booking is here! Can anyone imagine the scenario if we health workers stopped working? The past 15 days in India have shown how doctors and nurses are working in very unsafe environments. The government imposed higher fees to work in the medical sector and always enforces restrictions to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed because they have reminded us countless times that we are healthcare workers and must behave accordingly. Then what about safety? How can any girl feel safe and secure working a night shift when no one can even imagine the scars they've endured and how their families have suffered? How did you call her a daughter of India? Of course, any daughter should not face this cruelty. If she says no, that means no. Otherwise, if any girl can save patients from a critical disease, she can also eliminate these sexually hungry people as well. Raise your voice, whether you are a healthcare worker or not, we need to stop this type of heinous crime. #doctor #nurses #healthcare #nomeansno Sachin Chauhan An Extra M (Voice of Nurses) ECHO India The Trained Nurses Association of India ICN-International Council of Nurses

The home care industry is facing a significant challenge with employee retention. Turnover rates have surged by over 14% in the past two years, reaching a staggering 79.2%. This high turnover, coupled with inefficiencies in the recruitment process, means many home health care and hospice positions remain unfilled. For example, only 16.4% of home healthcare nurses and 12.8% of home care applicants were hired last year. Read more about the current state of home care and the steps that can be taken to improve retention rates. #caregivers #skillednurses https://lnkd.in/gnR8kmR7
