While crises such as technician shortages lead to staff fatigue and processing delays, the consequences that come with a lack of training can be even more disastrous. Sterilization errors lead to an increased risk of infection for patients. Overcome the challenge Make a concerted effort to retain current employees. When an incident occurs, its helpful to encourage staff to seek care, and then ask then to report the results of the treatment as soon as possible.
