All right men, let's get you leaner and let's burn that body fat finally. Here are a few things you can consider. You've got energy on you ready to use, your body has fat stored, let's use that energy. When you are burning that energy off, you're obviously looking leaner, you're losing weight, you're losing body fat. However, if you're consuming excess energy, carbs, fats, too much food, and you're not burning it off, it's going to get stored as excess energy on your body, therefore you're fatter and you are not in shape. Limit the carbs. cut out some of the fat and eat real foods. Make sure we're moving and exercising. Your body is going to unlock its own energy source as fuel and you're going to burn that body fat off you. I've had great success with my clients doing low carb eating. However I also have the lean fast diet where we Eat very little fat, no carbs, lean meats for short periods of time, adding in re-feed days. This is going to get you shredded fast.
