A few weeks ago, I started reading this book, and I nearly finished it in one sitting. The book is not very long, and I appreciate that the author did not waste any time in getting right to the point—literally writing a book that even lazy readers could read. This book covers procrastination and productivity strategies. It is a good motivational book, in my opinion, because it covers the majority of the knowledge you actually need to succeed rather than just "vibes." If you have not already, you should read this book. Have a great week 🤝🏽 #documentingonLinkedIn

What book has had a significant impact on your life? In an age where information is at our fingertips, the act of reading remains a profound and impactful experience. It’s more than just absorbing words on a page – it’s an adventure, an education, and a source of inspiration. Yesterday, I experienced this firsthand. I reluctantly picked up a book, not expecting much, and it ended up profoundly influencing me. Sometimes, good things come very unexpectedly. This book not only captivated me but also offered insights that I hadn't anticipated, reminding me of the incredible power that reading holds. For me, reading has been a lifelong companion, guiding me through challenges and sparking countless ideas. Whether it's a gripping novel, an insightful biography, or a cutting-edge business book, the value of reading cannot be overstated. As we navigate our professional and personal lives, let's not forget to make time for this enriching habit. #Reading #PersonalGrowth #LifelongLearning #Inspiration #Books

This book is not for everyone. If you look at the index of this book, it will seem very simple. But the book is complicated as fuck. Many scientific terms and complicated words are used to explain even simple concepts. That's what I felt. I have started and quit reading this book about 5 times until now. When I read this book for the first time, I felt it's not for everyone. I thought maybe if I had developed my reading habit a bit more and had a better rapport, I could have understood it. But I couldn't. After that, I realized that not all books are for everyone. Just because a book is famous doesn't mean you have to buy and read it. Understand it well. #books #deepwork #book

Book coach and editor empowers influencers to increase their impact by writing a book using a proven process that reduces overwhelm.
If you write nonfiction, you might think you don't have to worry about plot or story in your book. After all, you're not writing a novel. But you are taking your readers on a journey. A journey of transformation. And to do that, you need to lay out the journey clearly and the promised transformation at the end of your book. After all, why should they pick up your book instead of another? What are some key ideas you want to cover? What reader pain points do you need to address? What kind of transformation journey are you taking your reader on? You need to show the reader, the journey they are going to be on, the pitfalls of not taking this journey, and how to navigate it successfully. How can you best highlight the growth journey your reader is going to go on through your book? If you'd like to get help on writing or editing your nonfiction book, reach out. We'd be happy to help. This book is one of my favorite reads! Written by Stephen Convey, he simply gives great advice and insight on what it truly looks like to be effective in your everyday life. I'd also like to add that it's a very quick book to read. 10/10! #growth #mustread

In honour of International Book Day, I thought I would take the time to pop out a book recommendation of my own. This book was a very kind gift from a colleague. And by colleague, I mean my boss. He told me it had helped him during his career and to take it with the intention meant, not the the possible insult it may infer 🤣. I always struggled with my habits. Building good, breaking bad. To say reading this helped me is probably an understatement. It truly is a life changing book. If you want it to be that is. So do yourself a favour and grab a copy of Atomic Habits. I’m fairly certain everyone would benefit from adding this book to their reading repertoire. #internationalbookday #atomichabits #reading #habitformation #growthmindset #growth #team
