A collective gift can allow individual team members to express a bond they have with one another and build relationships within the team 🎁 𝘉𝘜𝘛 – What if you don't want to chip in for that gift? Whatever the reason may be, we 𝘏𝘈𝘝𝘌 the right to decline. You may be tight on cash, or the purchase in discussion may be exorbitant (too much for a colleague or superior). You can share your thoughts or reasons with the team and offer to chip in a smaller amount or even opt to purchase a separate gift altogether. Besides pricey gifts, there are also other ways to show your appreciation. Don't feel obligated to chip in just because someone asked!
