Latest round up of AppSec and Product Security Engineer roles. Hiring companies include 1. Cisco 2. eBay 3. New Balance For some reason the number of AppSec and Product Security Engineer openings have gone down in the last two weeks. Usually there are 100 to 150 openings every two weeks when I share but this time I see only 20+ This is just one data point and looks only at openings posted on LinkedIn. I have two MacBook Pros which I use for work on a daily. However, I observed something interesting that my wife and I are trying to figure out. She’s using one of my Macs for personal stuff on Chrome, so she signed into her Chrome profile. I have my own Chrome profile open on my other Mac, which I am using for work. She copies something on her side to paste somewhere and at the same time, I copy something on my side. When I pasted, it pasted what she had copied on her side. So we’ve been wondering the following: 1. Is this a potential security/privacy risk or not? 2. Who’s responsibility would it be to fix this? Is it Apple because they are the ones that do the copy-pasting or is it Google because they are the ones that introduced support for multiple profiles on their product? #apple #chrome
