At FTD Hotels and Resorts, our SD vision is rooted in four key pillars, environment, social governance and innovation. Our commitment to the environment means implementing sustainable practices that reduce our carbon footprint and protect our natural surroundings. We have installed solar panels across our properties, which have helped reduce our energy consumption by 25%. Additionally, OHH water saving initiatives have conserved over 1,000,000 liters of water annually we have invested. His extensive training programs for our employees resulting in a 30% increase in local employment and a 20% improvement in guest satisfaction scores. Strong governance ensures that we operate with transparency, accountability and integrity in all our business practices. We have established rigorous governance policies and regular audits.
