Needless to say some very pertinent lessons for charity trustees, both in terms of making sure your governance structure and processes are robust, and that those in charge of a charity are sufficiently trained in their roles! #charity #governance #trustees

Without wanting to rant!! I have heard so many times, a lack of awareness over the fact that Trustees are jointly responsible for decisions. This is why it is so important to have the right skills on your Board of Trustees and to have a functioning and effective Board that can make decisions jointly. #trustees #charitytrustees #charity #goodgovernance

It focuses on the seven principles that should be taken into account when making decisions that affect the charity and, as such, is a valuable reference document for busy trustees.
