Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: * Supervise and guide a team of warehouse associates, material handlers, and other operational staff. * Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure that operational activities are carried out efficiently and by company policies and procedures. * Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development initiatives. 2.
