New Video. Recorded April 24 2024 Freedom ❤️ = Independence from the Past! https://lnkd.in/gZ9-habR Are you at Rest or are you Suffering? There is a big difference between living in the patterns of the past and following what naturally arises out of our True Nature in the moment. How do you Know the difference? When suffering is present, it means we are most likely following the patterns of the past and when we are not in the patterns of the past, we can experience peace; rest; relaxation. Further, we are not at rest if we are experiencing an urgency to act in a certain way even though the circumstances are not calling for it. This is because our survival instinct has kicked in and created this urgency that we feel we need to deal with it in a certain way even though there is no real need for this. To remedy this, it is important to have quiet time; some time of rest in our true nature and time when we look inward. It is also beneficial to grow the sensitivity and ability to trust what you know in the moment. This comes with practice. Join me for the May 3 Week program to learn more about being in rest in your true nature.
