I'm still having issues with UHC. I can't access the portal for days, so I can't keep my clients' credentialing information updated. If the information isn't kept current, the provider can loose their credentialing contract with UHC. Not only is it affecting the current billing and payments going through, but the providers can lose months trying to re-credential due to the system kicking them out. I have a feeling this is going to be an ongoing battle all year. #uhc #cybersecurityattack #credentialing #providerenrollment
